Yes! If you don't require full direct ABA therapy, we offer focused, standalone parent coaching and behavioral training for a flat rate. This option provides targeted, step-by-step guidance on daily routines, communication strategies, and behavioral support without a broader clinical plan.
Standalone parent coaching can be provided virtually across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Utah, Washington, and Arizona, or in person within our local service areas.
Absolutely. We believe care is most effective when all providers are aligned. We collaborate closely with your child’s speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, pediatricians, and school IEP teams to ensure consistent strategies and holistic support across all environments.
Our sessions utilize naturalistic teaching and play-centered routines. Rather than sitting at a table for hours, therapy is seamlessly integrated into your child's everyday environment—whether that's playing with toys, preparing a snack, or engaging in family activities.
At Anaco ABA, all direct 1:1 therapy is delivered exclusively by a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We do not delegate care to entry-level RBTs or behavior technicians. This ensures every session is led by a master’s-level clinician providing expert, individualized care in your home and community.

We move away from traditional, high-volume ABA agencies to offer a truly individualized experience:
Direct Master's-Level Care: 100% of your child's sessions are conducted by an experienced BCBA—never delegated to entry-level technicians or RBTs.
Assent & Choice First: We prioritize your child's emotional comfort, motivation, and consent at every step, utilizing play and natural interactions rather than forced compliance.
Flexible, Low-Hour Programs: We focus on targeted, meaningful outcomes built around your family’s life, without requiring rigid 30–40 hour weekly commitments.
We specialize in supporting toddlers, young children, and school-aged youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), communication delays, executive functioning challenges, or behavioral support needs. Because our care model is 1:1 with a BCBA, every plan is adapted specifically to your child’s developmental stage
Anaco ABA is a private-pay practice. We do not participate with insurance networks, nor do we provide superbills or out-of-network billing documentation.
Operating independently from insurance allows us to keep clinical decision-making where it belongs—between you and your BCBA. Insurance companies often mandate rigid, high-hour weekly requirements (such as 30 to 40 hours per week) and enforce technician-based models. By remaining non-participating, we are free to design truly customized, flexible, and assent-based therapy centered entirely around your child’s needs and family routine.
No. We specialize in focused, low-hour ABA therapy designed around your family’s daily routines and schedule. We believe meaningful progress happens through targeted, high-quality sessions rather than rigid, high-hour weekly requirements.
We practice an assent-based care model, meaning your child’s emotional well-being, consent, and comfort are prioritized at every step. We never use forced compliance; instead, we build trust through positive reinforcement, play-based interactions, and honoring learner choices.

What ages and developmental needs does Anaco ABA support?
Do you take insurance or offer superbills for reimbursement?
How does Anaco ABA respect my child's comfort, assent, and autonomy during sessions?
Concierge ABA therapy provides high-touch, personalized care delivered directly by a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)—with zero delegation to entry-level technicians or RBTs. Unlike traditional center-based or high-volume agency models, Anaco ABA maintains a strictly limited client caseload. This ensures your family receives flexible scheduling, direct email and text communication with your BCBA, custom assent-based therapy in your home, and collaborative parent coaching built seamlessly into your daily routines.
